In his military capacity, Petty Officer Second Class (PO2) Clay serves as a Cryptologic Intelligence Analyst at Fort George Meade, NSA. His professional life is defined by the same discipline and analytical precision he displays on the court. A linguist and scholar, he earned an Associate Degree in Modern Standard Arabic from the prestigious Defense Language Institute, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Pfeiffer University, where he graduated with a stellar 3.6 GPA.

Hailing from Aurora, Colorado, Allyah’s journey is defined by grit, transition, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. A two-time high school state champion, Allyah’s athletic foundation was built on championship-level discipline. Her talent propelled her to the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), where she competed in Division I basketball for two years before bringing that same intensity to the boxing ring, showcasing her versatility and willingness to embrace new challenges.

In 2023, Allyah graduated from USAFA with a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Developmental and Personality Psychology, with a future focus on Criminal Justice, a testament to her commitment to lifelong learning and service.

For Allyah, the court is more than a playing surface; it is a space for leadership and integrity. Her game is built on physical toughness, high-energy play, and a steadfast reliability that earns the trust of her teammates. In 2024, she returned to the competitive hardwood through the Women’s Military Basketball Association (WMBA). After representing Holloman AFB, she transitioned to the Nellis AFB team in Las Vegas, where she continues to compete at a high level alongside the nation’s finest military athletes.

As a WMBA Brand Ambassador, Allyah serves as a steward of the league’s ethos of integrity, service, and excellence. Whether she is driving to the hoop, engaging with the community, or advocating for the league’s mission, she approaches her role with the same dedication she brings to her military commission: representing the game, the uniform, and the values of the military community with unwavering professionalism.

When she isn't competing or studying, Allyah enjoys reading, gaming, and spending time with her cat finding balance in the quiet moments between the high-stakes demands of her military and athletic careers.
